COLLECTIVE RETREATS
Vajrasattva
The retreats are directed by the Venerable Drubpön Ngawang Tenzin or by a monk or nun of the centre and start in the evening by a practice at 6 p.m. Explanations about the various practices are given during each retreat.
Sessions cost €10.00 per day and the contribution to Tsok and lamp offerings is left to one’s own choice.
Registration and paiment are to be made before the beginning of the retreats.
The practices at the end of a retreat as well as those performed on special days during or between retreats are open to all members of the public.
GURU DEWA AND PRELIMINARY PRACTICES
Guru Dewa is a manifestation of Guru Padmasambhava in union. Revealed by Tokden Shakya Shri, the empowerment was bestowed by His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa at the end of 2009 and by His Eminence Gyaltsen Tulku Rinpoche during the retreat in February 2010.
Dates : 11th to 13th of June 2010 and 18th to 23rd of December 2010
VAJRAYOGINI
is one of the major Yidams of the Vajrayana. Vajrayogini is the female representation of bliss and emptiness proper to the natural state of the mind.
Dates : 6th to 7th of March 2010 and 26th to 28th of November 2010
NGONDRO RETREAT (beginners)
The Preliminary Practices, recommended by all masters, are essential in order to establish the foundations necessary to the practice. Each day comprises four sessions: Refuge practice and prostrations, Vajrasattva, Mandala practice and Guru Yoga (Yoga of the Master).
Dates : 19th to 21st of March 2010 with the nun Ani Lhamo and 19th to 28th of February 2011
TCHEU SENGEY TSEWA
This practice, for which the initiation and the teachings have been given by His Holiness the Gyalwang Drukpa, has been revealed by Machik Labdrön to Khunkyen Pema Karpo (the Fourth Gyalwang Drukpa).

CHENREZI (beginners)
is white and represents the compassion activity of all Buddhas.
Date : 23th to 25th of April 2010
NYOUNG-NE
is a powerful purifi cation practice based on universal compassion, to which we can link ourselves by invoking the one-thousand armed Chenrezi form, and on the observance of temporary fasting and silence vows. This practice, accompanied by numerous prostrations, prayers and mantra recitations, lasts for two entire days and can be renewed: partial fasting on the fi rst day (Nyaynay), complete fasting and silence on the second day (Nyungnay).

P’OWA AND AMITABHA
Linked to Buddha Amithaba, P’howa is a method for transferring consciousness at the moment of death. Retreat in the presence of His Eminence Sey Rinpoche.

SHINE & GURU YOGA (beginners)
Based on a summarized preliminary practice, this short Guru Yoga practice has been composed by His Holiness the Gyalwang Drukpa for His western students. It includes the Shine meditation (pacifi cation of the mind).

TRAINING COURSES
BREATHING WORKSHOP
run by Dr. Hugues Gouzènes who has been studying and practising tibetan and indian yogas for more than 25 years. The yoga of breath is one of the foundations of the traditional yogic discipline. It is based on the Pranayama techniques, which gives the awareness of the breathing, from its grosser aspects to its most subtle ones.
