QI Gong means the work of energy. It’s a set of energy practices aimed to strengthen our energy and make it circulate into our bodies by harmonising gesture, breath and thought. The aim is the realisation of oneself, the well being and a good health due to the relief of physical and emotional tensions. The Qi Gong sessions are conducted by Michelle TUAL, former teacher in Saint- Etienne. The classes take place on some Saturdays from 3.30 to 5.00 p.m. :
• 30th April 2011
• 25th June 2011
• 17th September 2011
• 29th October 2011
• 3rd December 2011
• 7th January 2012
• 25th February 2012
Qi Gong classes are open to all, beginners or non-beginners. The contribution, left to each one’s discretion with a minimum of €5.00, is entirely going to the Centre. It is advisable to wear ample clothes, to go barefooted or in your socks and to bring a large terry towel by way of a mat. You’re advised to come in comfortable clothes, bare foot or in socks.
