S.E Tsatrul Rinpoché à Plouray

Drukpa Plouray had the pleasure of hosting, for the first time, His Eminence Tsaptrul Rinpoche. After an offering of katags and the traditional welcome of tea and perfumed rice, H.E. Tsaptrul Rinpoche visited the center.

During this retreat, H. E. Tsaptrul Rinpoche gave teachings and the Vajrapani empowerment to over 70 people. The retreat ended with a Vajrayogini practice and tsok offering.

Celebrating 800 years of Legacy of The Drukpa Lineage, in Plouray - 1st to 10th Augusqt, 2012

In response to the wish of His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa, the Drukpa Plouray centre will take its turn to organise the 800 years commemoration ceremonies of the Drukpa Lineage, from 1st to 10th August 2012.

Project for the reconstruction of Drubpon Ngawang's family temple in Bhutan


The earthquake that shook Bhutan in September 2009 has nearly destroyed Chungkhar temple entirely. As it is a family estate, it cannot benefit from any governmental support. Thus, Drubpon Ngawang launched the project for its rebuilding. The works should stretch to 3 years time. To read more about it : : www.chungkhar.org
