Dear Dharma friends,

 

 

I hope you are all fine.

 

I want to inform you that the retreat of Nyoung-Ne in Plouray planned next October has to be cancelled, to respond to the request made  by His Eminence Bairo Rinpoche to Drukpa Europe, to organize Ceremonies for the Long Life of His Holiness. Actually, according to Tibetan astrology, next year may be a difficult year for His Holiness. These ceremonies will be held in Darjeeling from 8 to 20 October 2010.

A program of this event will be sent as soon as the organization will be finalized.

Celebrating 800 years of Legacy of The Drukpa Lineage, in Plouray - 1st to 10th Augusqt, 2012

In response to the wish of His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa, the Drukpa Plouray centre will take its turn to organise the 800 years commemoration ceremonies of the Drukpa Lineage, from 1st to 10th August 2012.

Project for the reconstruction of Drubpon Ngawang's family temple in Bhutan


The earthquake that shook Bhutan in September 2009 has nearly destroyed Chungkhar temple entirely. As it is a family estate, it cannot benefit from any governmental support. Thus, Drubpon Ngawang launched the project for its rebuilding. The works should stretch to 3 years time. To read more about it : : www.chungkhar.org
