THE “STRESS AND EMOTIONS“ WORKSHOP:
run by Dr. Hugues Gouzènes who has been studying
and practising tibetan and indian yogas for more than 40 years, is on a theory - practice mode.
Dealing with emotions is one of the main subject of the buddhist meditation, which gives us the
skillful methods to understand them better. While diminishing the defi ling emotions (stress), it
helps developing favorable emotions to our well-being. The main traditional techniques will be
practiced and studied in this workshop, as well as the underlying viewpoint.

BUDDHA’S LIVES TALES:
Through tales or readings, Isabelle Dantzer, storyteller for young
and old, invites you to the discovery of Buddha’s previous lives. Readings on some sundays,
from 3.00 to 4.00 pm. Optional contribution (3€ minimum recommended).

INTRODUCTION TO DHARMA DRAWING:
run by Sylvie Troccaz (Pema). With the approval of
His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa and of Drubpön Ngawang Tenzin, Sylvie Troccaz draws and paints
representations of Buddhas and deities. She proposes to introduce people to the drawing of these
representations. On some saturdays, from 9.30 am to 12h30 am. 15 € per session.
